Hélène Diop is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Board-Approved Supervisor in the state of Maryland, with specialized credentials in supervising LGPCs, LGADCs, CAC-ADs, and substance use trainees. She brings over two decades of clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience across three continents—Europe, North America, and South America—making her uniquely attuned to the complex interplay of culture, context, and mental health.

Her past leadership roles include Clinical Director positions at American Psychiatric Group and King Health Systems, where she managed outpatient and substance use disorder programs, led teams of clinicians, and ensured compliance with COMAR and Behavioral Health Administration standards.
