Healing is often more powerful in community. Our structured 8-week group therapy program is designed for adults who are ready to understand their anxiety and depression more deeply — and build real, practical skills to manage them.
Led by a licensed therapist, this virtual group combines psychoeducation, evidence-based coping strategies, and the power of shared experience in a safe, confidential environment.
What This Group Covers
Over 8 weekly sessions, you will learn how to:

Identify your personal triggers, thought patterns, and emotional cycles

Use grounding and regulation skills to calm your mind and nervous system

Challenge negative thoughts and reduce rumination

Improve motivation and daily functioning

Strengthen communication and boundary-setting skills

Create a personalized coping plan you can use long after the group ends

Understand the “Window of Tolerance.”
