Meet CIARRA

Ciarra Fields is a compassionate mental health professional with extensive experience supporting individuals across a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, residential treatment facilities, outpatient care, crisis services, and home- and community-based programs. Since beginning her career in mental health in 2008, Ciarra has had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds, which has shaped her holistic, client-centered, and compassionate approach to care.

Ciarra earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Virginia Union University in 2007 and her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Regent University in 2010. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which she uses to support clients navigating trauma, abuse, and domestic violence.

Ciarra is passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing and restoration. She integrates clinical expertise with real-life experience and a Christ-centered perspective, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
